Axis Bank — auto debits from account

Dear Team,

Please find the attached screenshot where I have received SMS from Axis Bank regarding amount debited from my account. Same charge debited three times.
Please let me know the reason for auto debit.
Requested you to kindly check & resolve the issues, also refund the same in my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

I was creating Axis Bank ASAP account and adding money to create account though upi but my account was debited successfully but on the axis page it shown an error.

I did my college fees transaction and the amount has been debitted from the bank account and it have not refunded back.
i can't do other payment because the amount is huge
