[Resolved] Axis Bank — Axis Active Band not received | |
I ordered an Axis Active Band four years ago in 2016 through Axis Bank Mobile Banking Application named Axis Mobile. Estimated delivery date was 23 Oct 2016. But neither I got my product nor I received my payment money back. Please look into my matter seriously and urgently. Company is so irresponsible and its service is very poor. Customer Care no. is not helpful. Dear Sir/Madam, Please take appropriate action against the Company and either deliver my product or refund my money back. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 19, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved My complaint has not solved. Yet these people marked my complaint as resolved. I didn't get any mail or any call by the company. These people are only making us fool. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
