[Resolved] Axis Bank — Axis bank consolidated dp charges deduction without my knowledge

Mine s a salary account and i see 2 times amount deducted from my account. I dialed customer care and no one is ready to assist on my refund. Gave dp operations email id, wrote email thrice. Still amount not refunded.

Rm name : seenu - who assured that demat account will be life time free.
Total amount deducted 747.50 + 135.16

I already asked customer care to close my account. Meanwhile i will alert my collagues about this unprofessional hidden charges from axis bank and its staffs.
