Axis bank has horrible customer service in the world. To reach some one you will have to wait for more than an hour on the phone. Waiting on the phone, you will not be surprised that there is a bomb bill wait for you from the service provider. This is because axis bank number is a special number and it’s not toll-free number anymore. So, if you are an axis bank customer then you will be surprised in future. (Good luck to you) after you reach through a customer service agent, she/he will disconnect your call immediately after hearing your concern. All they got to say is “i am sorry i will not able to help you” and disconnect your call immediately. Axis bank wanted earn money through the phone company and loot money for middle class people like me. They don’t know how to collect the money which is given as loan to all the big people around the world. The easy way is to get the money from middle class people in the name of consolidated charges and disconnect the call when you reach the customer service agent. I have a savings Account with Axis bank, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam . Today, the bank is deducted ₹500 + GST ₹90 from my account. This is the big amount for me. The bank charges too much of amount people like me. Kindly look into the issue and do helpful to me to get back my hard earned money.
