[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank itunes fraud (similar case) | |||
There have been 9 transactions from my bank account to itunes on march 18, 2019. I have not authorized these transactions by any means. I also did not receive any message or mail before these transactions could be done. Kindly look into this and i would like my refund. I am not even using any iphone. The amount debited was around rs.6244.19 I have raised a complaint against this. Ref no:49834003 I am requesting axis bank to refund my amount. So many customers are raising the same complaint why axis bank is not taking any preventive measures?
