[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank worst service experience and can't apply anything online | |||
I am so frustated with the axis bank service that i have to come here.. I was trying to apply online debit card or cheque book or netbanking but nothing happening and when i go to manesar branch gurgaon then they took my frustation to whole new level by refering to one counter to another one said go to 2nd counter, that person said go 5th, 5th said go to 2nd and goes on. And then wait we bring the form and the form arrive after one hour. And the responce of that person is that rude like i'm asking for his whole property for free. Nearly one year ago, when i go to reactivate that account for salary purpose they nearly took 2 months to complete the process to reactivate to salary credit and roughly near about 10 times i had to go the branch for it. And now again it started. Now i feel that even govt office services are better then them. At last i just want the online services which should work properly.
