I have ordered an axis fastag on december 4 2019, via axisfastag. There is no delivery status so far. Even bluedart tracking id has not been furnished. The helpline doesn't work either. This is pathetic service by axis bank. Etc customer id[protected] Order date - 4th december, 2019 With fastag deadline fast approaching, i am in a flux as to what to do. Why would Axis send delivery confirmation without tracking Id of consignment? Really expected much better from a company like Axis Bank. At least have the courtesy to reach out to your customers, let them know about the delay and communicate your target date for delivery!
