Axis Bank — axis fastag wrongly deducted | |||
23/dec/19- fastag balance was rs. 300 I then used fastag on 23/dec/19 and the updated balance was rs. 106. But on 26th dec, i got a message stating that your fastag account has been debited for rs. 565 towards adjustment entry. Not sure why this amount has been deducted. Please revert this transaction asap. Worst customer experience... Extremely disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have checked my FasTag account and could not see any amount being credited. Also, I have not provided you any details of my account. So, how did you know which account was debited and which account to credit the amount in?
Looking forward to receiving the amount ASAP.
