Axis Bank — axis fastag wrongly deducted

Address:New Delhi, Delhi, 110034

23/dec/19- fastag balance was rs. 300

I then used fastag on 23/dec/19 and the updated balance was rs. 106. But on 26th dec, i got a message stating that your fastag account has been debited for rs. 565 towards adjustment entry.

Not sure why this amount has been deducted. Please revert this transaction asap.

Worst customer experience... Extremely disappointed.

This is some very weird and pathetic Customer Support where you say the amount has been credited when there is actually no credit. I need to get this resolved ASAP and my money back.

Can I expect any response here?
