[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis not accessible.

I hv been issued credit card no. Xxxxx8117 in september 19 and also charged fee rs.250. Till date i am not able to make use of it for the reason my mobile number not registered. Ironically issue of card was intimated on my mobile only. On oct 29th i put in required application at kukatpally branch. But no action taken. Now i have decided to surrender card.

I have applied for an axis bank credit card. but my address has been changed as I got shifted from my native to Bangalore so the credit card which came to the old address went bank to the main branch, so how do I get my credit card delivered to my present address.i tried calling the complaint box number but it never gets connected.
