[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis product and customer service | |||||
I ordered a product called Axis active band on the 4th of October 2018. The amount was deducted at the same time and I received a message that your order has been received. But today 0n th 16th October 1521 hrs, there is no status update. I dont know where my product is. When I call customer service, they charge me money for pressing buttons on my phones and when I get some1 on the phone, he doesn't know what to do and hangs up.
