[Resolved] Axis Bank — bank deducted money as name of consolidated charge

I am customer of Axis Bank last many year. On[protected] Bank deducted 102.40+18% GST without any infomation.
this type of money never deducted from my account when i coll custmer care they simply say this is Consolidated Charge
when i ask which type of charge they say it monthly service charge
When i ask which type of charge this and why its not deducted last many year.
then they are no ans of my queston.
please give me details and credit back my money n my bank account.
this type of fraud do openaly but no one take action for it.
many people was worried from this type fraud.
please take action and credit my money back in mu Account.

And why your team not inform me before deducted money from my account
Who give permission to deduct money from my account without any information.
