Yesterday on dated 18 jul 2019 i have opened an axis asap bank account through online form filling and providing my adhaar and pan details. I have also deposited rs.1000.00 in this newly created account. My customer id is [protected]. Today dated 19th jul 2019 i checked my acount balance then i socked with this msg. Info : account closure proceeds to dd acct." Please note i did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account. Verified Support Jul 19, 2019 Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi, we wish to inform you that your Axis ASAP account is closed. The decision has been taken on grounds of Bank's internal policies and operating procedure. The funds if any, will be sent to you on Aadhaar address via demand draft. Sorry for the trouble.
