[Resolved] Axis Bank — block the debit card | |||||
I open the bank account asap 30 days ago I issue needed debit card But the bank customer care is said plz go the branch So i go to branch but he said u r online customer and plz contact customer care Then also i called customer care and again said go to branch i m also go he said i need signature form so i fill and sign the form he said 10 days later i give it Now 18 day go not proper responce Again i call customer care lot of call is not pick and i call today she said plz contact accounts department what is going on one debit card lot of issue No proper responce and poor customer service My name is jayasheeli My account no:[protected] My customer id:[protected] Plz issue my complaint Axis bank is fraud to customer service I attached customer chat page u seefraudd on axis bank Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have paid 4202 in bank But I get message of 4201.. because of this I can’t block the card.. to talk with Custmr care there is very long proses .. very hopeless bank .. Bank should changed there policies can Custmer get satisfaction..
