Axis Bank — cards charges

My name is nishant chhabra and my card number ends with 2124. I have been levied with card joining fees and other charges in first 3 months itself.

Just to bring to your notice that i have already blocked the card and refused to take the new one sent to me.

I will pay the current month actual card transaction done by me and will not be paying the charges etc.

Hi, i tried to resolve the complaint with customer care team too, however, still no resolution has been agreed upon.

I have paid the actual transaction amount of 1, 099 for current month. And will not be paying the remain charges levies by bank.

Dear Team

Deducted money without my consern
I am a Axis Bank Credit Card holder. On 27-Nov-19. I got a message Rs.1699.00 was spent for ECPP ASSISTANCE SERV without my permission. I don't want this service so please Refund my amount Rs 1699 and please stop this service.

The system is asking for unwanted security questions which i did not even set as a security question . Only 3 attempts were given to answer those questions (which is not set by me) and how could the bank expect me to answer it for login ? now all my attempts are done. I have to wait for another 24 hours !
