Axis Bank — cashback issue

I am mayank dhingra and i am using axis (My zone) credit card last few months and as per welcome kit and also conversation with bank executive that if you use your credit card on (Hotels and resto/bar) for payment then you recieved cashback.
But last month i. E october 2017 i was used my credit card on radisson blu hotel faridabad and bill amount is ₹2942/- pay from (My zone) credit card but does not recieved cashback from that payment.
Can you tell me the exact process of cashback..
Also you send name list of selected hotels and restro/bar according to (My zone) credit card. So that i recieve cashback.
I hope you sought out my issue and give me valuable answer.
