[Resolved] Axis Bank — cashback on two transactions (movie tickets) not received as stated in benefits of the neo card | |||
Hi, i made two transactions on my credit card (Neo - 25% cashback for tickets booked from book my show) one one 2nd november - 587.88 and the other on 4th november - 1007.44. Generally cashback is received in 2-3 days but i haven’t received the cashback for these transactions yet. This is a considerable amount and it is one of the reasons i purchased the card.
