Axis Bank — CDM deposit unsuccessful but not money stuck in machine

HI Team, My cousine tried to deposit 48000 with 500 rupee denomination in one of the Axis bank CDM machine. The money stucked inside the machine and we got unsucessful slip. We complained to Axis bank on the same and they created a ticket and they are closing the ticket stating with the transaction successful hence rejecting the complaint. Please help me on this.
