[Resolved] Axis Bank — Charges wrongly debited | |
The company has wrongly charged my account for rs. 500 plus gst rs. 90 as late payment fees. My account already had two major refunds together they were more than the statement amount generated. Customer care has been informed and their response was "charged cannot be reversed but we will give 1250 reward points for this instance". I want full refund of whatever amount is charged. now i have left the job, now they are telling me minimum balance 10, 000/-. and bank debited consildated charges from march2020 almost 2500/-
