As per policy no. Policy number 160100/11229/ax00051019 i have submit he claim to axis bank only for pain in backbone.

After 3 days observation and diagnosis doctor observation rheumatoid arthritis disease found.

@as per axis bank policy when admit patient in hospital claim will settled. And when after diagnosis axis bank settled the claim as per procedure.

I have also confirm to axis bank that patient admit in hospital only for pain in backbone not a rheumatoid arthritis after treatment and diagnosis ra observe.

@as per your policy section v a (Ii) you will covered after disease observation but this claim before disease observation.

Still No any response received from Axis Bank Side till date.
