Dear sir, i rofique ali a customer a. C. No.[protected] of axis bank dhubri branch would like to inform you that i repayed a car loan a. C. No aur[protected] with pre closer charge, i am waiting for clearence from last 6 days. When i ask branch manager latif ali ahmed he did not listen to me also misconduct me and also operation head kamalesh sarkar did not accept my lic service identity card as id proof and misbehave me arrogantly. The employees of axis bank dhubri branch treat with customers just like criminals. I feel cheated as axis bank customer, because after giving huge maintanance charge to this bank we got insulted and delayed service from bank. I am md fozle noor properiter of F Nur enterprise long time I continued my business transaction by axis bank rampurhat, Birbhum, WB. I demand a loan for my Business purpose from axis bank rampurhat BM he told me give your land documents I will disburse your loan. I go another day with my documents he keep waiting for 3 hours then he telling me taht I am negative for loan he harassment me. Last year my turnover 1 crore and fifty lac and this year still 1 crore and thirty three lac but the bm behave with me roughly. Sir you take action against the bm and make a comfortable look at me
