Axis Bank — Complaint regarding payment not received through pos machine | |||
I from amit motors t.p. nagar tatibandh raipur (c.g) whose a/c no.with axis bank is [protected] not getting a payment since i have installed pos machine from 1/12/2016 to 15/01/2016.Not a single payment has been credited to my account .I made a complaint to bank authority, but the problem was as it is, the related head person Mr.ravindra shukla always assuring me that today, tomorrow.within2hours it will be settle, this answer has been given to me since last 20 days, but the problem was as it is.Then we go trhough the head from orissa head and then to kolkata head of pos Mr.samrat but the problem was not solved.All related documents i have send to Mr, ravindra shukla trhough mail . There was also huge no. of interaction has been done between bank operation head, branch head also.All details like tid no. mid no. amount have been mailed. Was this information helpful? | |||
