[Resolved] Axis Bank — could not open my internet banking | |||
I could not open my internet banking. Even i went to my nearest branch they could not able to open it. Always shown that invalid user credential. I have tried in both way through debit card and customer id but same thing happened in every time. I have complaint also in customer care. They even did not solved the matter. Now what to do? Even try to solve above problem i was personally applied a new debit card. Which was dispatched by blue dart courier on 23rd may18. But till now i didn't received yet. Again i was called to customer care they provide me reference no of courier which is[protected] but this is not a valid no. Again i have called they provide me same no. Please resolve the matter asap where i can use my net banking easily like other bank.
