[Resolved] Axis Bank — credit | |||
Worst service regarding credit card online transactions. Iam unable to transact using credit card as it's showing your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions. When i visited branch they are telling it's already updated. Going to switch to any other good service bank. Customer care promised me the solution and the problem still persists. Iam afraid and iam sure that if any unauthorized transaction happened bank will not at any how make me the solution as far as my experience with customer care credit card team and bank staffs is concerned.
