Axis Bank — credit card fraud case | |||
My credit card number [protected]. name - shambhu nath suman contact no [protected] ( [protected]). there was a due amount to be paid rs. 19000 approx suddenly without intimation to me lien was done for full amount of 108, 000 and my axis bank account being debited with my balance amount of 33000/- total. My complain was registered and asked to provide a mail for deducting minimum amount of 6500 and un hold the balance amount in my debit card. After three days of mail there is denial of processing the same. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have visited Durgapur City Centre branch, they said they cannot do anything, they given me number of kolkata people Shyamal Dey ( [protected]), he is also unable to do anything... I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 16th Aug and till today haven't got the reply. Spoke to Durgapur as well as Kolkata people and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance. I personally went to Durgapur branch and again there also no response and they ask me to call kolkata Shymal dey. I have asked to send a mail for deducting of minimum amount of 6500 and unlock my salary account. But that mail has no use... Shambhu [protected]  | |||
