[Resolved]  Axis Bank — credit card is not received

I m papia bhattacharjee. I have applied for axis bank credit card. I received 1st and on 05.09.19 your credit card application approved. I have received axis credit card pin on 11.09.19 but till now i haven't received credit card and and on 16.09.19 that inr 15196 was spent on your credit card xx1130 on 16-sep-19 at tata aig general i. Avbl lmt:inr99804. Application ref. No.15511073. I had given two service request but no answer.

I received card PIN No. through speed post on 11th sep'19 but what what is use of the PIN when the card is not delivered to me moreover the is from the Axis bank end for Tata aig general of RS.15196 on 16th sep'19. Bill will be raised without getting the card.

After doing everything I have come to this platform. Phone banking team told me that there is no record of the card in the computer. They suggested to wait forever. Axis Bank become the place of waiting.

It is more than 25 days the credit card was approved and more than 20 days that I have received the pin no. but the card is not delivered till now. No one has the information. what is going on. Axis bank Team is most inefficient.

I received credit card pin but not card.
Phone banking team failed to give any meaning full of answer. They only say wait. It's now more than 20 days. If any body can help than plz.. help.
