[Resolved] Axis Bank — Credit card not delivered! No customer service! | |||||
Applied for a credit card. Got approved. Stupid representative put the wrong address for communication even though he came in person to my office. The card has not been delivered yet. Customer service is useless. Whenever i send an email they say mail to [protected]@axisbank.com but that mail id doesnt even exist! Customer care asked me to update through the app which doesnt work because they dont accept the document even though its correct. I dont have the time to go to the bank now because you screwed up! Dissapointed with axis big time!! Been with them since the past 6+ years. Horrendous! Was this information helpful? | |||||
