Hi there, I am very unhappy with the axis bank and it’s Services. I don’t understand how a bank can work this way.
I was told that my credit bill is splitting in EMIs and I spoke the executive about this and we had came to conclusion that I will be paying monthly payments. I had paid my monthly payment on time and completed two payments. One was done 2 days ago.
Today I had received a payment in my savings account and the payment got deducted without my knowledge as it was linked to my credit card. Which I understand. I don’t want my Monday back or refunded. At least that payment should go to my credit card bill, but no. I had spoken to the executive of Axis bank and I was told that nothing has been paid to the credit card bill. I don’t understand where has my payment gone. Can someone make sure that the money has been used somewhere and can I have an account of my payment. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I urge you to get back to me and resolve this issue. This is very pissing and irritating. Why is the bank acting like a demon who’s just hungry for money. I want full account of my amount, where has it gone, how is it used. Can someone please talk to me and resolve this issue.
