[Resolved] Axis Bank — credit card payment issue extra fraud charge | |
Hi, I am so fed up right now with you folks that don't know how to describe it. First i made the minimum due on my credit card which was 1800 last date was 7th march and. I made payment of 2000 and then i get a call yesterday and you people say i didn't do it then is aid ok n u charged me extra on it which ws 5100 now with extra charges on it now. When i made that payment today its done i don't receive any confirmation and guess what i found the text of payment of minimum due on my inbox that i made payment of 2000 on 1st march which i thought i didn't i might have missed. The worst part is when i am trying to call you people about it none of yours contacts works that's i just # i am so pissed off right now you have no idea.
