[Resolved] Axis Bank — Credit card protection charges | |||||
Hi, In the month of November I got my Axis bank Credit card with no welcome kit, Only a paper and credit card in the month month of Dec I set a credit card PIN and before setting a PIN I got my first statement I never used the card. In the month of February without my notice Axis bank debited Inr 4000/- reason Card protection is activated. Without my knowledge the amount got deducted no sms nothing.
