[Resolved] Axis Bank — credit card registered mobile number update

I am ennam vijaya bhasker having credit card no. [protected]. I have requested for registered mobile number change for my credit card on saturday (13/10/18).in response, i have received a confirmation email and sms also on the same day (13/10/18) and the person from customer care told that the change would be effected immediately. But it is not changed still which is confirmed during online pay. During bill pay, the otp has been sent to old number again instead of to updated one ([protected]). Hence, i am not able to make any online purchase please, help me in this regard as early as possible..

Sir my account is saving account and suddenly Axis band debit 500₹ as a consolidated charge. I don't know why bank did that, I want my money back. Plz help me what I do.??

Hi i have an account of savings in axis kompally branch Hyderabad they deducted of 3511 rs from account as consolidated charges and 653 rs as gst cannu please refund my money. They deducted twice in the gap of two months as consolidated charges once 1800 rs and once 3511 please refund it as soon as possible.
