[Resolved] Axis Bank — Credit card settlement [protected] | |||
Had done the settlement of credit card, have paid the amount in november 2016. the concerned person were mr.Mohit -[protected] and rohit[protected]. was continuously following no dues tilll ja nuary but no reply from these guys. now the bank is again asking for payment. The settlement letter was of rs22000, i have put up amount of rs21000 . have asked mr rohit is that enough so he examined yes. was following for the no dues for more than a month but didnot get any revert and no confirmation to pay rest 1000. Now in feb i get the notification from bank to pay the amount again and total. Followed with these people and they say that do what ever you want to do we have left the bank. its completely customer harasment. Was this information helpful? | |||
