[Resolved] Axis Bank — credit card complaint overcharge and miss guidelines | |||
Me and my husband using credit card of axis bank from last 2 year But recent we have some health issue and we are so much busy from last 2 month and my card bill amt is 28500 before month and before two month i got call from axis bank they tall me your bill pending from 1 month and your payable amt is 35600 around.. After that i am visit in axis branch of s g highway ahmedabad. They told me you need to pay first 11000 inr and after that we make reverce of your extra charges amt,, Then i pay 11000 inr before two month but i m not getting any kind of money is revrce in my account now my bill is 25000 around,, so please solve my problem. Otherwise i will go in the court and complaint against the bank, My card no is : 53056204*7212 Was this information helpful? | |||

I tried to get the IT certificate for my home loan online as well through App without any success. The App says "SUCCESS"and this has been sent on your email. However, it does not come in my email.
