Axis Bank — customer care reach to official denied to customer | |||
I am a customer of axis bank, george town branch chennai. I want to submit my grievance about the poor service of the branch but unable to reach officials of customer care. The number of customr care is not reachable to official. Only recorded voice. The bank does not provide email id of customer care in their web site and the contact number published is not in use. I have to travel to the branch personally to express my grievance which is far away from my residence. Can you please check and take corrective action on the bank for denying the customer care reach to customer. If not pl advice the right person to approach to express my grievance.
