[Resolved] Axis Bank — deactivate my one assist service and refund my amount | |||
Dear sir / madam, This is sappa sri lakshmi durga My axis bank a/c no - [protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for one assist membership today. I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not understand totally about this service without my approval they deducted money from my account. I felt the money will be deduct every monthly wise small amounts. So i contacted one assist customer care couple of times in past few hours and i am here to request you to cancel this service to my account and please refund my amount of rs.1899/- which is deducted from my axis account today. After I raise a complaint on this. I have web chated this same on preferred account team. They resolved this problem with in a week and they refunded my deducted money back to my account from which they deducted. Thanks for the service. They also deactivated that one assist service to my number.
