[Resolved] Axis Bank — Debit card | |
My account no is [protected] by name nisha uday raval. one month before my debit cards has been blocked for same i received msg early morning. i contacted branch they couldn't reply why this happened and ask me to fill new debit card issue application. which i hv submitted but still not received my card. on 14/03/17 i received pin no. (not card). i contacted mrashish at race course branch he said he will check and will call back. still today no call and no card has been received. Kindly note if my card has been misplaced or something wrong happen i will not be responsible as i don't hv received card and same has been informed to your responsible staff at alkapuri, vadodara branch.
