Hi i m a regular customer of Axis bank, On 8th dec 2016, i make a payment of Rs1400 on POS, But Rs 1400 deducted two times from my account, For the same i registered complaint to toll free no, they give me refrence no 27203949 and assured me that your amonut of Rs1400 will be credited ASAP. But till now there is no response from their side, i called 100 times to customer care, they just provide me same complaint no and said we will credit the amount ASAP.
