Axis Bank — Debiting amount and no proper response from their customer service | |||
I have applied for instant debit card in axis bank (Nandhanam Branch) on 03/01/2017 and they gave the tat time of 24 hours but it was not activated then i have registered a complaint on customer service team to Mr Kiran he said a tat time of 48 hours again even it was not activated then after continues complaint it was activated on 09/01/2017 but they have debited amount of Rs. 230 for debit card charges on 02/01/2017 and again they have debited Rs. 575. I have tried to ask details for it to Mr. Chethan but they are not responding for it and just they are keeping on hold and disconnecting the call Was this information helpful? | |||
