The bank is fooling around the customers by not mentioning the additional charges before they deduct from the customers.
The bank has deducted money from my saving account linked with my credit card without any prior information. I used to get mails for every other transaction from Axis Bank. But, for this BRN payment, I haven't received any mails from them.
A deduction of rs 1994.42 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done on 05.01.2022 from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.
