Complaint 1 Credit Card Payment double time deducted from my SB ac No[protected] Dated : 2.7.2021 & 3.7.2021Amt or Rs.5367.36 this type of dedication twice if you can check my account last six month entry. because of i have losses approx. Rs.4500/- i am requested to you credit this amount immediately, otherwise i can go to the legal action.
Complaints 2. Amount note credit as per contract note.
As per my Demat Axis Contract NOTE NO[protected] DT 29.6.2021 AMT RS -7219.18 and axis direct are credit my account Rs.6923.28. PL BALANCE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY CREDIT TO MU SB ACCOUNT.
Note : This type of the problem no of time u can check the accounts.
COMPLAINT 3. Demat Balance not show the amount and share quantity
are mismatches from portfolio and demant a/c.
I am using ring mobile app last one month and starting owards i complaint continues to axisdirect customer care no so many time if you want u can check the my ERN No's.
Last two day back one of the supervisor Mr.swapnil hold my line 3-4 hrs and transfer the line all executive and all are asking the same story again and again and all account related clarification but still i am facing the same problem and losses of 5-6 lacs because of you staff not qualified.
