Axis Bank — Edc machine replacement

Hello sir,
I am facing EDC machine issue since last Thursday
It's not working properly due to software issues
I had made so many call to customer care
Guy name Mr Shubash, he is promising me from last week that he already informed his technical team so they will replace my EDC Manchine till today
No response from his side .
Please sort this issue soon

One online bill payment through my net banking the amount of 1584 rupees...but bill payment not done but the amount deducted

Bank manager sunita More not respectively give to costumer and dirty language to costumer.

I have an emergency of cheque book i applied 12 days back but still not yet received plaese help me to get it on priority.
