Employee in axis bank chala branch name hemali pathak is too rude n arrogant. O calling up she says no this is not axis bank dont take number from google she screams and says google pe number kisi ne nahi diya & bashes the phone.. This is not only my problem...It comes to my notice that every customer is facing the same
problem...I noticed in hyderabad and secunderabad branches putting pressure on employees
for sales ...In that tension your employees are not concentrating on their job
role...Ultimately they are unable provide good customer service ...Do not merge the all
staff in to sales and marketing...This my suggestion to increase your banking business
development and have an good customer relation...Move in this direction to take
necessary action

I have complain on AXIS bank credit card collection people in Kolkata . They don't know how to speak with people and also given wrong update. After all it was there mistake.
They are ruthless and also there behaviour was so rude. They don't know how to behave with the customer. They harash the people like hell.
He was telling me in running bengali language that "apni chor hochen" just to say that in running bengali language he is using slang word to me.
Is this a way to talk with a customer, please justify.

your notice to necessary proper action axis bank is the worst bank...Banking
operational heads are not good they do not know how to get the business they and
there staff behave like a beggars on the street ...
In hyderabad when i enter into the bank ...All bank employers group
surrounded me and they are in tension they not concentrating job role
of their customer services they only concentrated and stressing the
customers to take insurance policies for there own commissions they
have behaved like a insurance company agents not the banking employers
asking to do fixed deposits and insurance policies without any
decent manner or procedure...It appears like new releasing cinema in the cinema
hall a third class cinema ticket booking counter...It seems there is no marketing
and business system or procedure to approach...Every in the bank deals every
thing...And it was came to my notice...If we taken any account the bank from the day
every day they disturb us by phone calls to take their insurance and fixed deposits...
This is not the correct approach
way to proceed...
