[Resolved] Axis Bank — false information and amount deduction | |||
Hi I krishan bhura, a customer of axis bank narela branch. I had worst experience with axis bank. Axis bank deducted around 8000rs from my account. Earlier wli went to bank for crediting 7 lakhs and asked the operation head (Vikas) if there will be any charges and he denied for that. After that i made transaction of more that 10 lakhs and you guys had deducted money from my account. Although i had confirmed the operation head and not even the cashier had informed me that there will be any charges and after one month of doing these transaction axis bank deducted around 8 thousand from my account. When i visited bank and asked for the reason of deduction, mr vikas told me that there will be charges if you do transaction of more than 3 lakhs, i told him that you said there will be no charges and he denied and said why would i say such a thing. When i said i asked you personally and you denied for any extra charges then later he told me to write an appliation saying i was not aware of the charges and he told me that he will arrange refund for that and said it will take around 7 to 10 days. I waited for around 20 days and visited bank and he said it will be credited within this week and again i wait for 20 days more. Then i visited bank today and asked him for the process, he said contact branch head. I said why would i contact him if i had words with you. He said i havent said there will be no charges. Means as being your valuable customer i am a lier. I contacted branch head and told him and now he said there will be charges after 10 lakhs. I said mr vikas said for charges of more than 3 lakhs and you said there will be charges after 10 lakhs, i told him that when i was getting this ammount credited i asked mr vikas if there will be any charges and he denied. That was the reason as i am your customer from last 5 years and he said that mr vikas is the senior most person why would he deny for charges. Means you guys are taking side of your employes and customer is a lier. This is the service you guys provode to a customer. Branch head shown me a picture when i opened my account and said that you only did sugnature for the terms and conditions. If branch head and operation had different figures for the transaction that how can a customer remember such things. Operation head said there will be charges after 3 lakhs and branch head said there will be charges after 10 lakhs. Whats the use of asking the senior most employes of axis bank narela branch if they are providing false and half information to the customers. Why would a customer suffer always. The 2 senior most persons of narela branch made me a lier now. I am your customer from last 5 years. My whole family accounts are in axis bank. I always maintained my account properly and this is what i got in the last. Worst experiene axis bank. I will post my tragidy to every social media and share these with each of my friends and tell them this is what axis bank do with there valuable customers and will never suggest them to go with axis bank.
