Also please refer to Phone Call From Axis Bank Fast Tag dt[protected] and the CALLER COMMITTED THE WALLET WILL BE CLOSED WITHIN 24 HOURS. BUT NO ACTION TAKEN SO FAR TILL DATE. ARE THEY MAKING JOKES WITH THE CUSTOMER?
The following option was chosen dt[protected] with all documents like canceled cheque etc were already sent but no action till date-
2. Wallet closure - The wallet along with all linked tags will be closed and entire balance in wallet account will be refund along with security deposit
Unfortunately you are silent on the issue raised to go for complete closure of Axis Bank FasTag issued to me.
I want complete closure of my wallet ID [protected] and want to surrender my FastAg issued by Axis Bank. But unfortunately you are not showing any customer friendly attitude towards my request.
I Need immediate action as due to your nonsense attitude I am unable to use another FasTag in my car.
Failing the same you are liable to be paid for all compensation of double toll payment by cash as theAxis FastTag is not required by me and you are not allowing me to use your other Fastag by putting on hold my suspension/surrender request without any action.
What is the reason behind Your deaf and dumb attitude?
