Axis Bank — fastag not delivered even after 50 days

I have applied for fast tag with axis bank on 28th december 2019 but it did not get delivered yet. No status is provided till now. Called customer service multiple times but no proper reply from them. They are keeping call on hold for so long after asking about the status. Asked to cancel and they are saying it is a big procedure. They are looting money and not even responding properly. Reference number is ap37cp3738

Hi, every time customer care is telling that it will take 2 to 3 days but still I did not get email or message regarding the same. Don’t know how long still need to wait while everyone is getting in 4 days now.
