Axis Bank — fastag not received, its been 1 month from booking | |||
I have order the fastag through axis bank site. I have paid all the charges for it. And i haven’t got any response for the bank yet. I had got the customer id and wallet id at the time of booking. And now it’s been more than a month now i haven’t still received my fastag yet. I had purchased it on 30/11/2019. I tried calling the customer service but there was no response. It’s been a month and i haven’t received any tracking id or delivery message. I booked it for my truck. Please do take this complaint and resolve it as fast as possible.
