Axis Bank — fastag not received over one week

Have ordered fasttag which has been not received yet even after one week, no way out or update or to track the order from axis bank.. Also no support number or mail id.. It was better i would have bought from paytm as purchased for my other car and got it in 3 days.. Very poor disappointed services from axis bank as i paid the amount and there is nothing no update on the order.. Either axis bank should deliver or cancel it with refund. Vehicle no up78fk8896

Updated by rahul2107 #axisbank there more number of fastag orders at Paytm but they are delivering just in 3-4 days..although if axis bank is not able to cater the orders then should stop taking it and do not mention 7 days delivery- if going to take 15-20 days or probably a month..
