[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not received till date | |||
I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. Applied on date 30/11/2019 and its receipt number is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

paid for fast tag almost 15 days back. But still not received the fasttag. Pathetic service.

paid for fast tag on 28 Nov'19 . but still not received till date. when should i expect and where to inquiry about this.
i have applied for fastag on[protected], still i am unable to get it, worst customer service by axis bank, they didn't respond to email, called them 100's of time and they dont have log of their caller, every tym u r fed up of explaining things from zero, attaching my receipt, and will go to consumer court.
