[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fastag problem

I first passed through anewadi toll plaza fastag worked. Second time the person at same point told your balance is low. And showed on digital display blacklisted vehicle or something. He took cash from me and then allowed me to go. First i recharged with 400₹ then used only once.65₹ deducted. There was balance more than required 65₹ at the same toll plaza. I dont understand what was the problem. How to put money in my fastag account. How to check the balance

I ordered FASTAG on 4th December 2019.

I have received an email saying that it would be despatched in 7 days.

It has not yet been despatched.

My ETC customer id is[protected]

Please despatch the FASTAG

I am enclosing the email I received

I have submitted request and done necessary payments for Axis bank
Fast tag on 30.12.2019. fastag not delivered yet to my address.
I don't see any option to get the status of the request to where it is.
Kindly help.

I have applied For axis bank fastag online and it was successfully created and I have paid money...but I didn't received my fastag till now its been three weeks...no tracking number...can't connect to your customer support...please respond...no tracking number provided...I have attached screenshot

I am a Axis Bank Credit Card holder. On 20-jan-2020. I got a message Rs.1, 699.00 was spent for ECPP ASSISTANCE SERV without my permission. I don't want this service so please Refund my amount Rs 1699 and please stop this service.

I have booked online FASTag for my car MH46X4383 from Axisbank on 7th January 2020. My customer id is[protected]. Till date I have not received my FASTag. The customer support number indicated online is completely useless.
