To, axis bank md/ceo, Respected sir, I have my account in your gangaghat, unnao branch. I have a request for name change.15 days ago i already applied for it but the branch head is not processing my request as i am not taking the max life policy. He is pressurising me to take the policy. When i refuse to take the policy. He said that bank has stopped taking any name change request. I humbly request u to plz take action on it.
