I have received the call from Axis bank on 31st Dec regarding Myzone Credit card & initially I decided not to take but the agent motivated & for her benefit she motivated me more for the enrollment. I have enrolled in the Axis bank application & she applied for the credit card but she has send to wrong address & after some days when the card received at wrong address I asked delivery partner to return it back as I was not in that location. So post that again I called to axis bank tollfree number & asked them to send the credit card to correct address & address also provided & after some hours the card dispatched again to the wrong address & I called 2nd time to axis bank agent & at that time the agent motivated me for debit card upgradation & asked me to upgrade it. He take a conference to an number & asked me to acknowledge by pressing 1 . When I pressed "1" the IVR told It will deduct Rs.884 from my account. I asked the agent about that & he told it will get deduct & I was in the pressure for wrong address credit card dispatch hence I didn't concentrate on that more & the agent transferred the call to credit card department. I spoke to the credit card department agent & he assured me the credit card will go to the correct address this time. Post that also I have seen the card out for delivery to wrong address. I stopped thinking about credit card as nobody is listening about my concern & AXIS bank agent only looking for their benefit. Post that for the upgraded debit card request I called again on th same day after 15min gap to the customer care again but they denied to cancel the request & asked to debit Rs. 884 from my account.
The whole process of debit card upgradation was motivated by the agent & the term & condition also told by him by in clearly even in between the IVR call also he disturbed & which I was unable to hear on call. The debit card was not dispatched at that time but still they have not cancelled my request & now AXIS bank forcing me to take the upgraded debit card & already Rs.884.36 debited from my account.
